If a candidate has forgotten his password, how can he change his password on this portal

To do this, first on the login screen, click on 'Forgot Password' and enter the email address registered with your portal account, then an email will be sent with a link to create a new password.

What to do if a candidate's documents are not in English or French

This will require submission of an original and official translation of the document as well as a certified copy of the original language document. If the document is a transcript or licensing statement, it requires the candidate to request that the issuing authority send an original language version directly to PEBC and then request the translation to use for itself. Candidates may also send the original translation to PEBC themselves. PEBC does not accept copies of official translations, even if they are certified.

If a candidate wants to change his exam center, what should he do

Candidates for this Computer Based Exam- To reschedule your exam, change your exam center or exam method, go to. Do not cancel your exam. Select 'Rescheduling' under 'Test Center' to complete any of these actions.

Deadline- Candidates can change their exam center or their exam pattern up to 48 hours before the first day of the exam window.

PART II OSCE/OSPE – Any candidate should select their site carefully. Once candidates complete their application they cannot change their sites. If a candidate has moved to the place of residence after submitting his/her application, he/she can email his/her status details for consideration.

How can the candidate know that PEBC has received his application

PEBC will send an application receipt e-mail to the candidate within 6 weeks of receipt of the candidate's application. PEBC does not respond to requests from applicants for confirmation of receipt of applications. The candidate can choose to send his application with a tracking number so that he can confirm the delivery of his document with a courier.

What is the summary sheet found in the candidate's digital wallet

This summary sheet is a one-time report provided for the benefit of candidates who were already progressing through the certification process of PEBC and will not be updated further. Candidates will be able to access the portal for recent progress through the certification process.
