What if a candidate submits an application but other required documents arrive at a different time
If PEBC receives a document before a candidate's application, it is added to the candidate's file after his/her application is received. Scripts are kept on file for one year from the day candidate's documents are received, licensing details are kept for six months from the date of their issue and all other documents, from the date of receipt are kept for six months.
How can a candidate update his/her contact information
Pharmacist - Candidate Log in to your portal account. Candidates click on your name in the top menu to update your email address and open your profile. An option to update email will appear. In order to update his/her postal address and/or contact number, the candidate has to click on his/her name on the top menu to access his/her profile and then select 'Profile Field' in the menu on the left. There the candidate will see his/her existing postal address and contact number to update.
What should a candidate do if he has not received the final university degree certificate
For this, a certified copy of a provisional certificate or a statutory declaration may be submitted by the candidate stating that the candidate's final degree certificate has not been issued and the date on which it will be issued.
How to arrange for a candidate to send a copy of their licensing details for PEBC to the provincial or regional regulatory authority
For this the candidate will be required to mail or courier a written request and fee to each regulatory authority to whom he wishes to send the copy.
Can a candidate make changes in his/her information on the portal
Some changes can be done by the candidate himself and other changes require approval by PEBC. such as,
1. The primary email address can be changed; An email is automatically sent to the candidate which contains a link for verification.
2. Change of postal address and contact number can be done easily by the candidates.
