If a candidate fails in an exam, when will he/she get his/her response report
1. Pharmacist - All assessment test candidates will receive a response report along with their result sheet and it will be added to his/her 'Digital Wallet' in his portal account. The unsuccessful qualifying exam candidates will receive a feedback report with information about their performance in the exam. If a candidate has utilized all his/her efforts in the examination. So can he petition for an additional effort
Candidates are allowed three attempts in the PEBC exam, after which they are required to complete the treatment before the fourth or final attempt. The only situation in which candidates may be allowed an additional attempt at an examination is if they are given a status of "no standing" in an examination on grounds of medical conditions or compassionate grounds such as bereavement. Petitions for consideration of the "no standing" status are considered only if they are received within 7 calendar days after the examination, and must be accompanied by appropriate, official supporting documents. Petitions received more than 7 calendar days after an examination are not entertained i.e. on receipt of an unsuccessful examination result, it will not be entertained.
What should a student do if their university cannot send the original, currently dated transcript
A student's university may send a copy of the transcript as long as each page of the transcript bears the seal, date and signature of the original university. As another option, if it has an affiliated college, it can ask the affiliated college to send an original, current-dated transcript directly to the PEBC.
How will a candidate know that the document evaluation has been passed by him
Once all the application steps are completed in the portal and if all the required documents have been submitted correctly by the candidate, then it will take up to 8 weeks to complete his document evaluation. He can check the status of his application in the portal. Once all the steps in his application show as 'Completed', his application has been approved. Within 5 business days of approval, a result sheet will be added to your 'Digital Wallet'. The result sheet can be used for visa purposes.
How can a candidate send a copy of his/her licensing details for PEBC to the provincial or regional regulatory authority
For this the candidate will need to mail or courier a written request and fee to each regulatory authority to whom he wants to send the copy.
